Been a while since I've posted a food review. I was too busy feeding my mind with books. Naks! After my meeting with my insurance agent (yes, I am officially adulting) I had a quick date with Macy in Ayala. She recommended Tim Horton's in Insular Building (it wasn't in Zomato yet).

THE PLACE (4.0)
As the title says, it was hidden inside the Insular building in Ayala Avenue. It's hard to find if not for the knowledge of my companion. Another thing is that it closes too early (5:00 PM) so we had to hurry because I'm a slow eater.

THE FOOD (5.0)
I loved their food. We ordered steak and cheese panini combo (with potato wedges and small iced coffee), strawberry shortcake donut, and frozen hot chocolate. Because I'm a great friend, I've tasted all. I think for snack, the panini combo can be shared by two. It's meaty and cheesy, love it! I liked the blend of coffee that is not too sweet and not too bitter. The creamy, sweet and sour strawberry shortcake compliments to the chocolatey goodness of Macy's drink. I'm not a fan of fries but I like their potato wedges. Maybe because it seemed more natural.

THE SERVICE (5.0)
Accommodating. And even though it was near closing time they didn't gave us the "hint" to leave. I get annoyed when staff do that to me even if it's closing time. Come on, you shouldn't have let us enter if you'll just do that afterwards. Okay I'm over-explaing again.

THE PRICE (5.0)
Justifiable given the serving. And any coffee cheaper than Starbucks is a 5.0.

OVERALL (4.5)
I just noticed in Zomato that they adjusted their closing time to 10:00 PM. That's great. I will return again at 9:55 PM. Just kidding.
