According to my professor in college, humans are naturally
lactose intolerant. This fact didn’t stop me from trying the dairiest dairy
food I’ve ever encountered so far: Cow Cow Ice cheese ice cream of Tokyo milk
cheese factory in Megamall. It’s weirdly located in the middle of mega fashion hall. Being depressed by the judgmental lady from a
beauty shop I wouldn’t mention (starts with ET and ends with UDE with a house),
I grabbed me some ice cream.

You can choose from ice cream made of Jersey milk and
mascarpone cheese (P130) or made from 2 cheeses: Hokkaido Gouda and cream
cheese (P150); or a combination of the two (P150). Being a cheese lover, I
tried the 2 cheeses. To add more dairy from the dairy-ness of the ice cream, I
added a cheesecake topping (P100). Yes, a slice of cheesecake. It’s just small
but who would say no to cheesecake?! Not me.

The ice cream is smooth, creamy and not too sweet. The cheesecake
melted in my mouth easily. The only downside of it, like every food I love, is
the price vs. serving. It cost me P250 for my dairy goodness. I could buy a
half gallon ice cream with that. With great taste comes great cost, indeed
(lol).

They have limited choices in the menu but I liked it since I
can taste everything and not be too overwhelmed by the choices. Yes, I’ll be
back lil cow.
